All nestled and snug in their bed...

The garden is now in its new place and all of the plants are tucked in.  We decided that the original spot in the front was not sunny enough.  We watched the morning sun for a few days and decided the sunniest place was in front and to the left of the garage.  (I guess it is a good thing that we only use it for storage!)  The garden spot is also pretty close to the water hose - another bonus!  Two tomato plants need a new home and the cucumber is to be planted in a topsy-turvy planter that will hang on the front porch and then trail across the front of the house.  The herbs need new pots and more soil.  The Hus-Man and I have talked about building small planter beds in the front flower bed between the gardenias for the herbs, but the chicken coop has to be built first (and pretty quickly as the Girls, particularly Suzi Queen, are getting huge).

Nice sunny spot!
