My, how we have grown!

It has been some time since I last posted.  Things here on the "farm" have kinda slowed down a bit and we have gotten into a routine.  The chickens are let out in the afternoon to free range and they coop themselves around 6:00.  Rooster Bunni (now called Hell Boy) collects his ladies and shoves them in the hen house.  They have all gotten much bigger and we are getting (on average) an egg a day from each hen.

But they are not the only things that have grown!

As of December 15th, our flock has grown!  We brought home three more girls - a Barred Rock and two Golden Comets.  They are young (about 4 months old) and have not started laying yet.  Meet the new ladies!

In the back is Lucy, the one in the center (the Barred Rock) is Alice, and the one in the front is Ethel!  More to come about how to do The Chicken Shuffle.  :)
